For Hospitality Industry Only:  this specialty event is designed to nourish the heart, soul and bellies of the country’s hospitality workers!  Cooks Camp is a hands-on learning, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and the rare camaraderie that comes with seasoned chefs, new students and all in between sharing cool experiences outside the chaos of the kitchen, is second to none.

Hosted at North Arm Farm in Pemberton, BC, this unique event challenges our team to be creative and work in the moment to manage an event that can change mid-flight. Unscripted workshops, discussions, live demonstrations and self-discovery exercises push standard planning practices out the window, giving us the rare opportunity to take it all in stride and manage certain aspects “a la minute”.

Producing a large event on a working farm, in the middle of a rural area of the province presents its own set of challenges, and our crew is faced with balancing the needs of the event with the needs of the farm, limited access to services, wildlife and environmental conditions.
