Meat, Beer, Music and Community come together to celebrate chefs, restaurants, farms, ranchers, artists and specialty beverages. The festival is produced in three different cities, requires a crew of 120 workers, dozens of suppliers and welcomes more than 200 restaurants and 7500 guests over the three show tour. Produced outdoors and in the heart of each city, this summertime series is a behemoth of planning and management. Brewery & the Beast demands critical attention to permits, licenses, logistics, health & safety, staging, precision set-up and tear down windows, venue mapping and liaising with regulatory bodies. Every city is different and offers its own set of environmental challenges, creating a unique production experience from event to event.
